Font analysis
For my digi-pack, I will need to consider which font to pick as it will be consistent throughout the six panels that I produce. The font that I end up picking will need to sell my artist and show how the artist develops herself in terms of her performance. .
I've looked at the font of R&B artists to have an idea of how this sells them as an artist. How it shows their personality.
Here, the artist's name has been written in a sophisticated font which has been kept throughout her line of work.
It's her brand identity.
Rihanna is another artist who's known by the famous 'R' - this is her brand identity as the R is written in a rather edgy,sharp font that dictates her personality and what she delivers to her audience.
The font that I've picked is called Decibel which I've downloaded from Dafont, I feel as if this will definitely define my artist in terms of who she is as a person and what she has to offer to her audience. Ella Rane is a young artist whose fans are predominantly teenagers/young adults (16+) The font isn't too formal, it's quite fun and juvenile but also realistic for that kind of age group. This will help in attracting their attention.
