Risk Assessment
Whilst producing our MV, there will be possible hazards as we'll be visiting 3 locations whilst carrying equipment. We're also using expensive equipment that can cause harm if instructions aren't followed.
Hazard
Solution
Not setting up equipment properly, doing it with lack of care and in a rush.
-Also leaving equipment layed out in inappropriate places
Set the camera, tripod (or microphone also, when used) one by one with the assistance of one person. This way, not only will the equipment take less time to set up, nobody will get hurt.
Filming based in a location full of people and cramed/not enough space.
Film in a location where theres a lot of space and less people. Preferably during the morning.
Having liquids such as Water near electronic devices when participating in post production - Editing.
Keep these liquids away from electronics. Store in your bag and take it out if needed, always put it back in once drinking.
Wrap up with thick wooly hats, scarves, thermals, earmuffs and always wear a suitable coat to help keep you warm.
Lack of clothing in the cold weather, especially during filming in the Forest as you'll more likely develop a cold.

Filming people in the background at a close distance without permission
Make sure any people aren't in the shot (If so, make sure its from a distance) - to avoid getting into trouble
